- The Abdominal Chart shows exercises which are mostly performed on the floor. Simple explanations and sharp images describing how to perform these exercises, together with information on breathing while exercising and general safety guidelines. There are 3 beginner level exercises, 4 intermediate level and 4 advanced level which provides the user with a progressive regime of exercises to strengthen their abdominal muscles. Having strong abdominal muscles will help improve core stability and help reduce the risk of suffering from back problems. *A must chart for the gym mat area as well as at home - all the family can work out on the floor and improve their abdominal strength.
